Recurring Payroll Deduction

Recurring payroll deductions will occur for 26 pay dates beginning January 15, 2027 through December 31, 2027 (or January 8, 2027 through December 24, 2027 for National employees).

Please select your donation amount and fund designation below. Should you wish to give to a fund not listed, please contact dsmfoundation@mercyoneiowa.org.

*Please note that when submitting an "Other" Recurring dollar amount, your gift will show as the amount per pay period and not your total for the year. The Foundation will calculate the grand total for you (Other Recurring Dollar Amount x 26 pay periods).
