Since 2014, Generosity Heals has been MercyOne North Iowa's colleague payroll giving opportunity. Together we've given hundreds of thousands of dollars in support of our mission and strengthened the healing ministry we provide to all North Iowans.
Every colleague has the opportunity to set up recurring payroll deductions directed towards either The Caring Fund, our colleague emergency assistance fund, or our North Iowa Greatest Need Fund, aiding our mission precisely where it's needed most each year. The Caring Fund
MercyOne North Iowa established The Caring Fund over 20 years ago to assist colleagues in crisis. Because of you, hundreds of colleagues experiencing medical emergencies, displacement from natural disasters, or other tragedies have received compassionate financial support for themselves and their families. Colleagues have made possible more than $1,000,000 in support since the program began!
The North Iowa Greatest Need Fund significantly supports MercyOne North Iowa's commitment to healthcare excellence. By meeting urgent needs, it enables enhanced patient care, modern medical equipment, and missional services. This fund is a testament to the spirit of giving among our colleagues, who contribute to foster a healthier North Iowa. Every donation not only supports better healthcare but also reaffirms the shared mission of serving the local community, making a real difference in numerous lives.
