Area of Greatest Need

Donations supported the hospital's most urgent needs, including in Behavioral Health, Heart Care, and the Breast Center, going above and beyond designated contributions in helping us care for more patients when and where it mattered most.

Cancer Care

Contributions helped purchase a new linear accelerator, improving cancer treatment technology and care for patients across North Iowa.

Critical Care

Gifts are helping fund future upgrades to our Critical Care Unit - the region's main center for treating the most seriously ill and injured patients.

Hospice Care

Grants and donations supported current MercyOne North Iowa Hospice services and are helping enhance care for the future.

Hospital Auxiliary

MercyOne North Iowa Ambassadors raised funds throughout FY25 to purchase new wheelchairs and other essential equipment upgrades for the hospital, improving comfort and care for patients.

Medical Education and Research

Contributions supported our graduate medical education program, provided nursing scholarships to MercyOne North Iowa colleagues, and advanced local medical research efforts.

New Hampton Medical Center

Donations met a variety of needs at New Hampton Medical Center, helping improve care and services for patients in the community.

Outreach & Mission Programs

Contributions supported MercyOne North Iowa's Family Connections program, spiritual care services, the Cancer Patient Support Fund, Patient Needs Assistance Fund, and the Caring Fund - our emergency assistance program for colleagues in crisis.

Women's and Children's Services

Donations and grant funding supported equipment upgrades in our NICU and Birth Center, as well as enhancements in our Breast Center - helping us provide safer, more advanced care for women and infants across North Iowa.

Federal and State Support

MercyOne North Iowa received grant funding from Iowa Workforce Development to launch a summer internship program for phlebotomy students, helping train the next generation of health care professionals.
